Play Ludo MMA Studios
Privacy Policy for Play Ludo
Last updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile game Play Ludo (the “Game”). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. The short version
- You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- You choose a nickname. It is the only text you type that we store, and other players in your match can see it — so do not use your real name if you would rather they did not know it.
- We collect what happens in the game (matches played, duels won, coins earned) and crash reports, to fix bugs and understand what people play.
- We do not sell your data, and there is no advertising in the Game today.
- The Game is not directed at children under 18.
2. Who we are and how to reach us
| Entity | [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] |
|---|---|

| Grievance Officer (India, DPDP Act 2023) | [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME], maullickgupta@gmail.com |
3. What we collect
3.1 An anonymous player identity
When you first open the Game we create an anonymous account through Unity Gaming Services. It is a random identifier. It is not linked to your email, your phone number or any social account, and we cannot use it to find out who you are.
3.2 Your nickname and game profile
Stored so your progress can be kept and restored: your nickname, chosen avatar and frame, level and XP, lifetime statistics, per-mini-game records, coin balance and ledger, daily-mission and login-streak state, and the dates your profile was created and last synced.
Your nickname is shown to other players in any online match you join.
3.3 What you do in the Game
We record in-game actions — starting and finishing matches, duel outcomes, level-ups, coins earned and spent, daily missions and logins, which screens you open, and whether a quick match found an opponent. These are game events, not content: we do not record chat (there is none — the Game has canned emotes only), and we do not record your room codes or your nickname text in them.
3.4 Crash and performance data
When the Game crashes we receive a crash report through Firebase Crashlytics: what went wrong, your device model, operating-system version, the app version, and a random installation identifier.
3.5 Gameplay network traffic
Online matches are relayed through Unity Relay. Dice rolls, moves and duel inputs pass through it so your opponents can see them. It is transport, and we do not store the contents of a match.
3.6 Settings that never leave your phone
Audio volumes, haptics strength, text size, your last-opened tab, board and pawn choices and similar preferences are saved on your device only and are never transmitted to us.
3.7 What we do NOT collect
No location. No contacts. No photos, files or microphone. No payment or financial information (nothing in the Game is sold for real money). No advertising identifier — the Game contains no advertising SDK.
4. Why we collect it
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Running a match and showing your progress | anonymous identity, profile, gameplay traffic |
| Keeping a copy of your progress off your phone | profile (stored with Unity Cloud Save) |
| Fixing crashes and bugs | crash and performance data |
| Understanding which modes people play, so we build the right things | in-game events |
We do not use any of it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
5. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the Game work:
| Provider | What they process | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) | in-game events, crash reports | https:// |
| Unity (Authentication, Cloud Save, Relay, Lobby) | anonymous identity, profile, match traffic | https:// |
Other players in your match see your nickname, avatar, frame and level. That is the Game working as intended, not a disclosure to a third party.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Where your data goes
Firebase and Unity operate globally and may process data outside India, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Profile data: until you delete it (§8, Deleting your data), or until it has not been used for 3 years, whichever comes first.
- Analytics events: up to 14 months, the longest standard Google Analytics setting.
- Crash reports: per Crashlytics’ own retention, currently 90 days.
8. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your player profile by following the steps at https://
Because your account is anonymous, we can only find your profile using the player identifier the Game shows you in PROFILE or SETTINGS. Deleting removes your anonymous account and your profile, progress, coin balance and nickname permanently. It cannot be undone, and there is no way to recover it afterwards.
9. Your choices
- Nickname — change it in your profile (the first change is free; later changes cost coins).
- Everything — uninstalling the Game stops all collection. It does not delete your stored profile; to delete that, follow the steps in §8, Deleting your data.
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to the Grievance Officer named in §2, Who we are.
10. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to maullickgupta@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update “Last updated”. Material changes will be announced in the Game.
