Delete your Play Ludo data

This page is for players of Play Ludo, a game made by MMA Studios. It explains how to ask us to delete the data the game keeps about you.

How to ask

Open Play Ludo on your phone.
Go to PROFILE or SETTINGS.
Tap the copy button next to your player ID (the line that starts with “ID”).
Email the ID to maullickgupta@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

Write the “Delete my data” email

The button opens your email app with the subject filled in. Paste your player ID into the message and send it.

Your account in the game is anonymous, so the player ID is the only way we can find your data.

Already uninstalled the game?

Email maullickgupta@gmail.com anyway, with the subject “Delete my data”, and say that the game is no longer on your phone. Without the player ID we cannot find your profile, so we will write back and tell you what we can do.

What gets deleted

your anonymous game account (the one your player ID belongs to)
your player profile
your progress
your coin balance
your nickname

This cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, there is no way to get it back.

Your phone also keeps its own copy of your progress and settings. Uninstalling Play Ludo removes that copy, so uninstall the game once you have sent us your player ID.

How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days of receiving your email.

What we do not hold

The game does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. We use the email you send us only to handle your request, and we delete it, along with our reply, once the request is done.

What we keep

Two kinds of records are not stored with your profile, so they are not removed with it. Neither is linked to your name.

Analytics events (what happens in the game, such as matches played, duels won and coins earned): kept for up to 14 months, the longest standard Google Analytics setting.
Crash reports: kept per Crashlytics’ own retention, currently 90 days.
